Yesterday, at the age of 60, Texas lost a great leader in the insurance industry with the passing of Insurance Commissioner David Mattax.

The Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLTX) and our industry partners will hold him in high esteem for the contributions he made to the insurance industry in the state and beyond.
