Sunderland Marine Ceases SL Business

Sunderland Marine Insurance Company Limited is no longer writing business as a surplus lines insurer in the United States and has therefore voluntarily requested to be removed from the NAIC IID Quarterly Listing of Alien Insurers.

The Texas Department of Insurance is currently in the process of removing the company from the list of eligible surplus lines insurers in Texas. SLTX has removed Sunderland from its list of eligible surplus lines insurers.
