Klein Joins McIntyre & Lemon, PLLC

Law firm McIntyre & Lemon, PLLC announced that Jeffrey M. Klein, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has joined its team as Of Counsel, effective January 1, 2018. The firm, which was founded in 1996, specializes in federal and state laws and regulations concerning financial services.

In his position, Klein will contribute through his experience with insurance law, state and federal insurance compliance obligations, advocacy before financial regulators, and representation of clients during examinations and audits.

Before joining McIntyre & Lemon, PLLC, Klein served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for BB&T. He has also held positions with Royal & Sun Alliance and the American Insurance Association. In addition, Klein has represented clients before banking and insurance regulators and has presented to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

Klein received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University, where he graduated cum laude, and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and North Carolina.
