SMART Release Updates – May 2026

The May 2026 SMART release included the following improvement(s) and/or enhancement(s):

Basic Search Result Ordering
Basic Search now provides results in sequential order.

 SMART Stamping Fee Payment History
SMART Users can now view Stamping Fee Payment History from the broker page. A new tab has been added to the History section called Payment History. This tab will show both invoices and payments, and both can be downloaded to PDF and Excel.

 User API Upload History
External users can now view all previous API uploads from the broker page by navigating to Filing/Contracts > Previous Uploads.

 Renewal Certificate Availability
Renewal Certificates for External users are still currently being worked on. This functionality will remain unavailable to external users until the work is completed.

 Installment Transaction Zip Code Field Removed
The zip code field has been removed from Installment transactions.

 Policy Number and Insured Name Change Processing Fix
Policy Number changes and Insured Name changes have been fixed so changes are now applied based on the effective date, rather than the order in which the changes are submitted.

 Other
Minor UI, label, and contextual adjustments, along with routine technical debt updates
