Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLTX) Announces New Board Appointment

SLTX is pleased to announce the appointment of Kyle Rogers to its Board of Directors as a public member. Mr. Rogers will serve a three-year term on the Board.

Rogers brings more than 20 years of experience in risk management, insurance, and corporate operations. He currently manages global insurance and real estate functions for HF Sinclair, a Fortune 150 publicly traded energy company, overseeing catastrophic claims, global insurance markets, contractual risk transfer, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale corporate projects.

Throughout his career, Rogers has held leadership roles with several major organizations, including Energy Future Holdings, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, and Sedgwick CMS. His professional background and industry expertise will provide valuable insight to the SLTX Board.

In addition to his corporate experience, he remains active in professional and community leadership. He previously served as President of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) DFW Chapter and currently serves on the City of Coppell Board of Adjustments.

Mr. Rogers earned his MBA from the University of Dallas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. He also earned the Associates in Risk Management (ARM) professional certification.
