Reminder: SLTX System Scheduled to be Down

The Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLTX) will have a planned system outage from today, April 19, at 3:00 p.m. (CDT) until Monday, April 23, at 8:30 a.m. (CDT). During this period, users will not be able to access the SLTX online filing system or electronic payment portal, and SLTX will not be available by phone or email.

The outage will allow SLTX to move to its new office suite, effective Monday, April 23, 2018. The new address will be as follows:

Austin, TX 78746

Please note that SLTX will not be moving to a different building, but will be changing suite numbers. The SLTX website, phone numbers, and email addresses will remain the same. Please call SLTX at (512) 531-1880 or (800) 681-5848 with any questions.
